• Al Duncan (Proali Head Instructor/PFGS co-owner) 

Al Duncan has trained with Joey Ali of ProAli from the age of 11 and PFGS soon after where he gained a higher compete and skill set. Al played rep AAA for Langley Minor Hockey Association and was an alternate player for Aldergrove Kodiaks of the PIJHL. Al spent a season playing with the Chase Heat of the KIJHL & continued his goaltending career playing in Ontario for the Dryden Ice Dogs of the SIJHL. Prior to playing Junior A he was an alternate for the Kamloops Blazers WHL. Al graduated & played for University Hockey at Trinity Western winning back to back championships and being awarded All Canadian. Al’s calm demeanor and extensive experience of the game makes him an awesome mentor for all goalies. He is currently the Goalie Coach for the Surrey Knights PJHL.

• Naveen Kainth (Proali Head Instructor)

Grew up playing hockey at Burnaby Minor and started training with Joey Ali from the age of 11 years old. After years of rep hockey Naveen moved up to play Academy Hockey at BWC (CSSHL) where he had success. Finishing his Junior Hockey in PJHL where he was a proven top end goalie.  He's now the Assistant Coach & Goalie Coach for his former team the Port Moody Panthers. He's personable, patient and very knowledgeable about goal tending, able to articulate techniques, concepts & strategy to young goalies. Just a fantastic mentor!

• Elliott Marshall (Proali Head Instructor)

Elliott trained with Joey since he was 10 years old. He grew up playing at minor at Cloverdale as a Colt and progressed from zone, academy to PJHL ending his playing career with Ridge Meadows Flames. He's received multiple Goalie of the month awards over his playing career. Elliot is a competitive and athletic goalie. He has an immense desire to win and has a team first mentality. This translates to his goalie coaching ability by always pushing the goalies to give their best at every session. Also, Elliott understands the importance of showing goalies what it means to be a part of a team. He's been coaching with Joey since 2018.
