Mission Statement
There is no “cookie cutter” approach to goaltending. All Goalies are unique in their own right, therefore Goalies need specific training on skill sets that best fit their style, along with positional mastery. We will bring to each individual positive reinforcement, unique and challenging programs in an energized environment.

Coaching Career
Joey Ali is the founder of Proali Goalie Training and Co-owner of Pro-Formance Goalie Schools; he is excited to have opened Proali 's very own Goalie Training Facility with added instruction! He's worked alongside NHL goalie coaches & worked with AHL & NHL goalies. He is goalie consultant to; Langley Rivermen (seventh season in the BCHL, 2014 BCHL Champion), NCAA institutions, MML, FMML, PJHL, CBHA (blind hockey) & Lakeland Super Camps. He uses technology as teaching/ training tools and recently Joey has been excepted into Hockey Canada as a Certified Goaltending Coach and the NHLCA BIPOC Coach Program for a two year program. He looks forward to sharing all he learns!
