Mission Statement
There is no “cookie cutter” approach to goaltending. All Goalies are unique in their own right, therefore Goalies need specific training on skill sets that best fit their style, along with positional mastery. We will bring to each individual positive reinforcement, unique and challenging programs in an energized environment.

Coaching Career
Joey Ali is the founder of Proali Goalie Training and Co-owner of Pro-Formance Goalie Schools; he is excited to have opened Proali 's very own Goalie Training Facility! Since 2007 he's worked alongside NHL goalie coaches & worked with AHL & NHL goalies. He is goalie consultant to; Vancouver Goldeneyes-PWHL, Langley Trappers (2026 finalist), MML, FMML, CBHA (blind hockey) & Lakeland Super Camps. He uses technology as teaching training tools to better help athletes. Joey is a Hockey Canada Certified Goaltending Coach, 2026 Woman's Team Canada camp coach. NHLCA BIPOC Coach's Program for the last 5 years. He looks forward to sharing all he learns!
